Forced to assume yet another identity, he surrenders to the absurdity of the role as everything begins to unravel.
“Hip-Hop:The Sixth Element: Spirituality” explores the inner essence of hip-hop. Artists from different generations reflect on their journeys and the power of the spoken word. The film reveals spirituality as a hidden element of the culture, showing that hip-hop can bring light, wisdom, and positivity, reshaping how we view its message and impact.
“SI IF 2” is a dance created for video that was inspired by the music of Jose Halac, and the poetry of Carolina Muscara.
“Darkeners” is a dance created for video that was inspired by the music of Jonathan Melville Pratt. Directed by Mimi Garrard, it features the dancer Samuel Roberts. The costume is by Mindy Nelson.
